Deskside Support Engineer - SC/NPPV2 Job summary:

As the Deskside Support Engineer, you will resolve client issues, replacing failed devices including Desktops, Tablets and Laptops.

You will provide Mobile support, travelling to various sites in and around London.

Deskside Support Engineer - SC/NPPV2 essential skills:

  • Experience supporting multiple versions of Windows from XP through to Windows 10.

  • Valid Home Office/MOJ clearance or NPPV2.

  • Good knowledge of HP, Dell & Lenovo hardware support/breakfix.

Deskside Support Engineer - SC/NPPV2 desirable skills:

  • Microsoft Certification (MCSE/MCSA/MCP's) desirable.
