You will be responsible for managing a range of products within their OTC range (medicines, medical devices, cosmetics.

You will be responsible for any variations, renewals, reclassifications as well as new product registrations.

The Role

I'm recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Senior Associate, OTC to ensure all OTC products remain compliant with the relevant legislation.

You'll be responsible for;



  • Managing a product portfolio of OTC products.

  • Variations, renewals, reclassifications, advertising claims

  • You will also be responsible for new product registrations of the products they acquire through company acquisitions

  • Full lifecycle experience including submissions

  • Keeping track of as well as interpreting legislation ensuring future decisions will enable products to remain compliant

  • Working within a complex regulatory environment

  • Good regulatory affairs experience with OTC products (ideally medicines, cosmetics and medical devices)

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, being able to manage stakeholders cross functionally, internally, and externally

  • End to end Regulatory Affairs experience including submissions

  • Experienced in renewals, variations and new product registrations
