Renewable Energy Sales Consultant (Commission Only)

Our client is a specialist in renewable energy solutions across the South of the UK, using their extensive experience to offer custom packages with excellent customer service.

We are looking to recruit experienced direct sales consultants to start ASAP.


Products include:

Solar PV
Air Source & Ground Source Heat Pumps
Solar Battery Storage (certified Tesla installer)
Solar Thermal
Thermodynamic Heating
Solar Thermal
Improvements to existing Solar PV
Foam Insulation

We are now recruiting consultants to join their successful field sales team, to visit customers and advise them on the most suitable renewable energy products in line with their requirements

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced, hungry sales rep to earn uncapped commission.

Appointments qualified and pre-booked by the in-house sales & marketing team
2 - 3 appointments per day within the designated area
Full sales and product training to be given in-house
Full Driving License essential

The role:

You will have knowledge of the renewable energy industry and will be confident in addressing questions about our products and installation enquiries from our many clients.

Following up on appointments, you will be expected to advise the homeowner of the various options available to them and to close the sale and upsell where required detailing all suitable products and associated benefits.

Skills & experience:

You will ideally have an excellent knowledge of the renewable resources sector.

Experience in the sales industry is essential and you will be target driven, achieving the set conversion rates.

As a people person you'll be able to sell through great skills and service.

Customer relationships - you'll be great at quickly building a rapport with our clients to create long lasting relationships.

You will be able to effectively assess their needs and match them with suitable solutions.

Spoken communication - put simply, you're a people person.

Whether you're talking to a customer or a colleague, explaining a product or sorting out a problem, you'll make sure everything you say is clear, concise and totally jargon-free.

We aim to make the explanation simple every time.

Organisation - you have great organisational and planning skills.

That means you can organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and problem solve when required.

Time management - You will have excellent time management skills, planning your day effectively to arrive promptly to clients.

Procedural/product specialist knowledge - you'll consistently build your knowledge of our products and associated competitors; keeping up to date with the latest products and any changes to regulations which may affect what you do on a daily basis.

Analytical skills - you're able to do basic calculations and work from simple data
