Business Development Manager

Our client is a successful accountant who needs a professional Business Development Manager to generate new clients.

This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated person to join a fast-moving company. 

The company is based in Bristol but with a worldwide clientele.

Their speciality is providing digital accounting solutions for small to medium enterprises, whilst at the same time ensuring they are run in as tax efficient way as possible.

About the Role

The business development role is focussed on targeting small to medium businesses who need support in a financial function.

The company would typically fulfil the bookkeeping and accounting functions of the business and you would be targeted on finding, converting, and preparing clients for onboarding.

The company is based in Bristol but much of the role could be conducted online.

You will need to identify client markets, work with the marketing teams to develop clients, contact, educate and develop potential clients into customers.

Reporting on KPI’s are of paramount importance in this role.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Social Media Systems to identify potential clients
  • Work with sales admin to co-ordinate communication with potential clients
  • Establish contact, educate, and generate business
  • Build brand loyalty
  • Representation at networking events
  • Telephone and e-mail marketing
  • Maintain and monitor the sales funnel using HubSpot

Key Qualifications:

  • 3 years selling experience
  • Computer literate with some CRM experience
  • Have a basic knowledge of finance
  • Experience of online and face to face networking
