Interim Shared Services Transition Lead

Outside IR35, home based role

My client, a prestigious engineering consultancy, requires an Interim Shared Service Centre Transition Lead to support and facilitate the creation of a UK wide administration shared service.

You will play a key role in transforming processes and workflows to ensure the new shared services team deliver administrative excellence and ensure teams and colleagues across the business are able to support customers and functions.

Your ability to drive change management, adoption and benefit relations will be crucial.

You will provide day to day operational management across the UK markets and 15 locations, to provide administration support services comprising General Administration Team, Office Administration Team, Document Production Team, Document Management Team; ensuring that workflow is planned effectively and efficiently, and that a high quality of service is provided in a timely manner.


  • Proven experience of supporting Shared Services transformation

  • Change management and engagement experience

  • Experience of delivering in SME's is advantageous

  • Planning and organisational skills critical, including budget management

  • Ability to work within a matrix organisation

  • Experience of process design and implementation advantageous

  • Demonstration of working across different industries advantageous

  • Good understanding / experience in the use of technology to deliver services advantageous
