Purchase Ledger Clerk
Working with a long established business in the Welshpool area of Powys, Integra People are looking for a 9 month cover for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their clients hard working team,
Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Duties include the below: Any candidates interested must have recent Sage 50 experience to be considered as a lot of the work will be using this system.
Petty Cash reconciliation
Invoice generation and PO allocation
Various duties on Sage 50, including report generation, inputting and invoice works
Completing weekly and monthly BACS payments
Credit card expenditure balancing
Working with companies clients that are on a self bill process
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Some aspects of loose credit control - Invoice chasing
Various accounts related admin tasks when required.
Any candidates who have access to transport are highly desired due to the location of the clients office.
Proven ability within a number of prior roles in crucial for success for this role.
