BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MICROSOFT LICENCING (365 - Azure) - MANCHESTER


BASIC: TO £40K OTE £80k uncapped + CAR ALLOWANCE & BENEFITS


We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager that specialises in selling Microsoft Licencing (365 and Azure) into SME to large corporate level clients.


Our client is an IT Managed Services & Cloud Services company.

Due to strong growth in their business even in the difficult times we are currently seeing, they are now looking to add to their Business Development team.


Whilst you will be a stand-alone sales person you will have the support of a dedicated pre and post sales team that will help you in delivering best in breed solutions into the market.

This role has come about due to growth in our clients business and the changes Microsoft have made within CSP enabling our client to be competitive in this space against larger LAR's and the enterprise agreements they may have.


If you are a target driven Business Development Manager with experience of selling Microsoft Licencing then this is a role you will not want to miss.

The role will be targeted to develop new business into corporate and public sector verticals however you will be able to do this through our clients existing business at the same time developing your own new business leads.

Our client being a leading IT company also offers full managed services so the ability to work with other BDM's is available to the successful candidate.


Long term this role offers the individual the opportunity to further develop this area of the business and the real potential of management in the future.


Experience Required:



  • 3yrs+ direct new business development skills with the ability to demonstrate this through target achievement.

  • Experience of working deal sizes in up to and in excess of 100k (and be able to demonstrate this with recent win evidence)

  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Licencing especially 365 and Azure

  • Experience of selling into SME / large corporate business and have the demonstrable evidence of this.
