Residential Support Worker - Full Training Provided

We have a Residential Support Worker opportunity working with one of the most reputable Childcare providers in the area.

You will be working across both a 2 bedroom and a 4-bedroom home supporting children and young people aged 7 - 17 with emotional behavioural difficulties that have stemmed from abuse, neglect, gang affiliation and both criminal and sexual exploitation.


Currently with 3 homes based in Reading of which all have an OFSTED rating of Good and Outstanding evidences they are person centred and devoted to ensuring the homes they open offer unparalleled care to the vulnerable children they support.


The success of the services is testament to the people in the team as well as the training they receive.

Responsibilities of the Residential Support Worker:
