Social Worker - Adults Community

One of my Portsmouth based local authority clients is looking for a Qualified social worker to work in their Adult Community Team.

Responsibilities of the Social Worker:

• Safeguarding enquiries


• Completing ongoing comprehensive social care assessments and reports as required


• Putting into place care plans is accordance with the Care Act (2014).


• Ongoing placement reviews.


• Responsible for manging a complex case load.


• Participating on the duty rota.

You must have:

• Social Work England registration.


• A clear enhanced DBS on the update service.


• 2 years' experience in Adult social work.
