Resource Consultant

  • The key function of this role is ensuring a ready supply of temporary workers is available and suitable to the temporary assignments the branch has to offer.

  • As the RecruitmentResourcer you will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, testing and coaching candidates.

  • Online searching of job boards, CV databases & social networking

  • Identifying & sourcing suitable candidates via company network of recruitment Job boards and company recruitment database

  • Posting of opportunities onto job boards, company website job board, other out of the box approaches etc.

    & the tracking of Job postings

  • In depth Pre-screening of candidates on the phone

  • Arranging & conducting interviews, including completion of application, full assessment, compliance and any Client specific briefing

  • Ensuring all the recruitment administration is complete and all activity is thoroughly logged on our recruitment database system, covering all elements involved with, on the recruitment cycle

  • Liaising with payroll team regarding new starters, pay rates and pay changes on regular and timely basis.
