Sales and Account Manager (International B2B)

Viewpoint is looking for an energetic Sales & Account Manager to join their team based in Bledlow, Buckinghamshire.

About the Role

We are growing well and now looking for a top level sales manager, who will spearhead a global campaign to build a pipeline through our leads list, mail, phone, email, and video call and to close deals and make sales.

Candidates should have extensive experience in business to business sales, and will be a great people person and an excellent communicator with a positive attitude, empathy, hunger for success, be assertive with an ability to listen, and unafraid of asking for the sale.

You will work closely with the founder / director of Viewpoint, and will be able to easily commute to our office in Bledlow, Buckinghamshire.

You love meeting people, planning, breaking new ground, chasing down deals and building your portfolio and reputation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

It will include:

  • Hit Sales KPI’s in a world where this is a unique product with a strong ROI
  • Build a pipeline in synch with the Companies requirements and plans
  • Generate further sales with current sites, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Communicate client needs and demands to colleagues to ensure success
  • Forecast and track client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to meet client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients and markets
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines
  • Keep records of client transactions and communications in our CRM and other systems as required

About the Company

Viewpoint designs and builds leading edge products; a wearable camera system which allows customers at experience venues to capture and share videos of their experiences.

In the beginning, we received financial backing from Peter Jones CBE, to provide a souvenir video capture system to experience venues such as kart tracks and paintball centres worldwide, and we built our business organically to 100 centres to date.
