QC Equipment Qualifcation Specialist

We are currently looking for a QC Equipment Qualification Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Swindon area.

As the QC Equipment Qualification Specialist you will be responsible for timely and compliant calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment within QC.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the QC Equipment Qualification Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.

To lead, plan, co-ordinate and execute timely calibration and qualification of all QC Laboratory equipment

2.

As the QC Equipment Qualification Specialist you will be responsible for the writing and execution of protocols and reports (IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ)

3.

Completing routine performance checks on analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, UV, IR)
and chromatography data systems such as Waters Empower software

4.

Undertake GEMBA walks and Huddle meetings

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QC Equipment Qualification Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1.

Relevant degree in a Chemistry or related discipline

2.

Proven industry experience in pharmaceutical GMP environment

3.

A working knowledge and practical experience with calibration and qualification of analytical systems such as HPLC, GC, Computer Systems (Empower)
