Office Assistant

Our client is a local building firm which has grown quickly over the last 5 ½ years, and they are now looking to add an Office Assistant to assist their ever growing team.

The Business started out with two local Tradesman deciding to start a construction busines which could offer their clients a complete service.

They are a friendly hardworking team, who pride themselves on their excellent workmanship and great relationship with staff, clients, suppliers and alike.

The job will require the ideal candidate to have great communication and organisational skills, and be happiest working in a small friendly team.

Their appointment will be central to the continued growth and development of the business and will offer the right candidate the opportunity to be closely involved in it long term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Assist Directors and management with all day to day admin

Key Experience:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Integrate and work in a small but ever growing business
  • IT literate with wood, excel and outlook
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 business and payroll would be a bonus but not essential

Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 per/annum depending on experience
