Position: Bodyshop Prep Technician
Location: Bedford
Salary: Minimum £25,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm, Saturdays on a rota 1 week off 1 week on, 8am - 12.30am

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Body shop Preparation Technician for our clients busy and reputable body shop.

Working on a variety of different makes and models during your working week.

Role:

You will be Working on various vehicle Types preparing vehicles for the body shop.

This will include some filling, & Priming as well as flatting and other duties to ensure each vehicles is ready for its allocated body shop repair.



You would ideally be someone with a strong all round knowledge of the body shop;

- filler,, prep and general repairs.
- Identifying any additional repairs the vehicle may repair
- Work to a high standard and working closely with the front desk to make sure the
customer is kept up to date at all times.
- Work closely with the team to get the vehicle repaired in a timely manner

Experience:
- We are looking for someone with experience with at least 3 years' experience within
the Bodyshop
- Must be able to demonstrate an eye for details and quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally you will have welding experience but it's not essential
