Car Sales Manager

Car Sales Manager - Group Car Dealer - Nuneaton

With a turnover of around £300 million per annum and employing over 100 members of staff, the company l has 14 dealerships which are located in most regions of England and is one of the UKs largest franchised dealer groups


This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of consistently ensuring profit targets are achieved, be tenacious, enthusiastic and take personal responsibility for performance and lead development.

Bags of personality and can take dealing with customers in their stride

Professional appearance

Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills

Administration skills, be able to use computers with confidence and the ability to organise and prioritise work

Attention to detail and care about getting it right for their customers

Self-starter with high energy levels

Thrive on dealing with members of the public

A full, clean driving licence

Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure showroom and vehicle display areas are neat and tidy

Ensure sales team are fully motivated and correctly targeted

Ensure Drive sales process is fully adhered to

Ensure PSS is at or above the national average

Actively promote the car name within the local community

Ensure profit sheets are raised and passed to accounts within 24 hours of deal being signed

Ensure staff rota's are maintained and that the showroom is always correctly staffed

Chair morning team meetings

Ensure sales team are controlled to ensure daily prospecting activity and follow-up targets are achieved
