Supply Chain Administrator


As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will be joining a highly successful and driven business who have a strong global customer base.

The role is newly created position and will suit individuals who enjoy change as this company doesn't stand still!


The role is offered on a full time or part time basis Monday - Friday.



Overview:


To support the Supply Chain Team Leader in providing a cost-effective supply chain, with supplier on time delivery and product quality being our main focus.

Liaising with Freight Forwarders for imports and cost effectiveness.


Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Administrator:



  • Issuing purchase orders

  • Oder schedule processing

  • Ordering and tracking of sample orders

  • Booking on goods brought in by Sea freight and Airfreight

  • Expediting purchase orders

  • Support and escalate to the Supply Chain Team Leader any deliveries that could lead to back orders



Skills & Experience:



  • Experience working in a Supply Chain/Procurement environment

  • Advanced Excel, Pivots, VLOOKUP's

  • Confident communicator when dealing with suppliers

  • Accuracy with strong attention to detail and first class organisation skills

Hours:


The role is full time (40 hours) 8am - 4:30pm or part time (25) 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
