Registered Manager - Independent Fostering Agency

A Large Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Registered Manager to cover the Buckinghamshire region.

As the Registered Manager, you will be accountable for the operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the region.

This role is a full-time, home-based, and permanent position.



The ideal candidate will have fostering experience.

You will need to be committed and have the drive to match this Independent Fostering Agency's ambitions and they always look internally for promotions before externally.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:



  • Maintain effective relationships with carers, local authorities, and other relevant agencies

  • Accountable for the operational, regulatory, and financial performance

  • Promoting the vision and values



Requirements of you as the Registered Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • A valid registration with Social Work England

  • Significant experience of working within Fostering

  • Leadership and Management Experience

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence




Location: Buckinghamshire


Salary: up to £60,000 + Car Allowance - £2,000
