Synergi are recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join one of the largest Food Manufacturing Companies in the UK.

This site is in Barton-On-Humber and has a reputation of being one of the best employers in the area offering a four on four off shift pattern.

Job description: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
You will provide breakdown cover for the plant and services while giving full support to the Engineering department to carry out all works efficiently and economically.

Roles and responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
, Ensure all engineering maintenance and repair work is carried out within all statutory health, safety and environmental guidelines to ensure site compliance.
, Provide practical engineering support to production to ensure the efficient performance of all plant and equipment.
, Build a strong working relationship with colleagues and the production team to help support a positive culture.
, Ensure accurate and timely records for all work carried out, root causes of failures and spares and consumables used
, Manage contractors and issue work permits and audit their work in the absence of the senior engineer and maintenance manager
, Ensure that daily inspections on all buildings, plant and equipment security and safety devices are fully operational.
