Mortgage Advisor - Manchester (Self-Employed)

A fantastic opportunity has come available for my clients based in the Midlands.

They are currently looking for several qualified Mortgage Advisor to come on board due to very high volume of leads coming through each month.

They are currently able to offer candidates 50 leads per month.

This comes from their national lead bank.

This will be a role specialising mainly in adverse credit cases.

They are looking for hungry and experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their growing team of self-employed specialist mortgage experts.

My clients look to offer full admin support and extremely attractive commission splits based on the number of leads provided.

They look to offer 70/30 for self-generated leads and 50/50 for any provided.

Requirements:

• CeMap Qualified


• Comfortable charging fees


• Confident over the phone


• Upselling Protection


• The right attitude towards the industry


• Preferably whole of market experience

In return for this position my clients will offer full admin support at no cost and provide you with 50 leads per month.

Due to the large influx of leads coming to them daily the earning potential is endless.

You will be able to earn between £60,000 - £110,000 per annum.
