Contracts Manager- Fit Out Public Sector

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work on a public sector framework delivering multiple fit out projects, you will be working for a reputable main contractor who is growing their team due to new project wins.

This role is due to start immediately until Spring 2021 initially, however there is an opportunity for the right person to go temp to perm.

You will understand the second stage tender process right through to delivery on site, with a core focus on Health & Safety and delivery.

Experience of working in fit out within public sector is expected.

Project values range from £1m - £4m be in a live environment and client facing.

You must have experience of managing multiple projects and hold all relevant qualifications, including;
