Health Care Assistant

Health Care Assistant's URGENTLY required in a Residential Home, based in Hindhead Surrey.

You will be providing care and support to residents, in a gorgeously renovated Edwardian country home surrounded by nine acres of woodland.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be required to care and support up to 53 residents across both their residential area and dementia support house.

Experience working with elderly with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Speech Impairment, Stroke, Visual Impairment.

Shifts: Day and Night shifts available! 07:45am - 20:00pm, 19:45pm - 08:00am

Responsibilities for you as the Health Care Assistant:

• Caring for patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Speech Impairment, Stroke, Visual Impairment.


• Working closely with adults, staff, families, and other relevant professionals


• Following care plans


• Consistently promoting independence to service users

Requirements for you as the Health Care Assistant:

• Enhanced DBS Child & Adult on the update service desirable


• Experience working in Nursing and Residential Home


• Encouraging and supportive attitude


• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable

Location: Hindhead, Surrey 11 miles form Farnham (25minutes drive) 18 miles from Aldershot (30minutes drive) 22 miles from Farnborough (40minutes drive) 15 miles from Guilford (30minutes drive)

Salary: £9.00 - £13.00
