QC Scientist

We are currently looking for a QC Scientist to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Wiltshire area.

As the QC Scientist you will be responsible for routine testing and method transfer to support COVID-19 vaccine production.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the QC Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.

Perform QC Analysis under GMP conditions

2.

Perform stability and in-process testing throughout the product life cycle

3.

As the QC Scientist you will assist in method transfer and validation

4.

Perform preventative maintenance and performance calibrations

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QC Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1.

Relevant degree in a Biological Sciences, Chemistry or related discipline

2.

Proven industry experience in HPLC, pH, Ribogreen, RNA Assay, Osmometry

3.

A working knowledge and practical experience with Method transfer or validation
