Compliance Coordinator (Maternity Cover)


, Organising and collating compliancy for all clients in line with frameworks and service level agreements such as DBS, References, Occupational Health and Training requirements
, Proof reading and editing CV's prior to client submission
, Creating and processing ID badges and responsible for sending out to candidates before they start working
, Carrying out appraisals with Contractors on assignment as well as ensuring that the relevant training has been carried out in line with client expectations
, Responsible for database management ensuring all is kept up to date as well as general office administration
, Achieving KPI's set in monthly reviews based on anticipated workload

Skills and Competencies:

, Strong administration skills and experience with MS packages such as word and excel
, Customer service experience and confidence on the phone is a must as you will be dealing with candidates and external companies for organisation health referrals and organising training
, Files are stringently assessed and audited so strong attention to detail is a must
, Planning and organisation skills are essential due to the workload involved
, Strong Communication skills are essential to support with relationship building
, Ability to work towards daily and monthly targets and KPI's
