You will be following up on leads to gain an understanding of business needs and closing sales.

You will also be managing the relationship and renewals for your clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive / Sales Advisor / Telesales Executive / Lead Generator from a Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / Regulated environment who is looking to join a rewarding business with long term career prospects.

THE ROLE:

• Following up on leads and inbound enquiries


• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients


• Establishing the needs of a client and selling them the most relevant product/service for them


• Managing your sales pipeline and activity to maximise opportunities


• Maintaining regular contact with clients to secure repeat business


• Recording all activity on the CRM system


• Carry out basic administration skills


• Working in line with set targets and KPI's

THE PERSON:

• Previous experience within a Sales Executive / Sales Advisor / Telesales Executive / Lead Generator role within Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / a Regulated environment is essential


• Excellent telephone manner


• Strong administration skills


• Previous experience of working in a target driven role
