Building Services + AIr Con / HVAC Engineer

We are recruiting for experienced Air Conditioning and Mechanical Engineer for a well-established company, who are part of a larger group and have been providing Commercial Gas, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services across the South East for over 20 years

As a multi-skilled engineer you will be working with BMS systems, UPS Systems, AHU's, mechanical plant, emergency light testing, electrical fault-finding, Sprinkler system test, Generators, Control Panel distribution board, back-up power, L8 (Water Treatment), Fire Alarm Tests as well as working on all Air Conditioning Equipment, Heat Pumps, Air Handling Units, Fans and Control panels.

You will be required to work on commercial gas equipment found in Leisure Centres, Schools, Hospitals and Offices covering Home Counties, Essex and London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and repair of Vrvs, Vrfs and splits


• Service and repair on Heat pumps, AHUS, fan and control panels


• Meeting clients - Customer facing position

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• FGAS


• Electrical qualification would be desirable

• Driver's Licence
