Sacco Mann are recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a well-regarded Employment Law specialist within the Manchester legal market.

Our client offer employment law services in civil and employment law disputes and regulatory law.

They have a legal advice line which helps thousands of callers every year.

With offices across the North West & London, they employ over 60 specialist solicitors and lawyers.

The firm are looking for an experienced employment litigator to join their growing Manchester team.

As an Employment Lawyer, you will be advising insurers, insured and private clients in relation to general employment law issues and existing or contemplated Employment disputes prior to proceedings.

You will be responsible for reviewing papers, drafting claims or responses, briefing counsel, attending hearings, preparing witness statements and ensuring that insurers are kept updated in relation to prospects.

The successful candidate will be commercially aware and open to assisting other members of the department with their Employment queries.
