Corporate Solicitor

A highly regarded corporate team in Manchester are looking for a Corporate solicitor with around 5 - 10 PQE within the Private Equity space to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an attractive opportunity for a corporate solicitor, likely at Senior Associate level to become part of an award-winning team and work on high-quality transactions alongside two highly experienced and personable Partners.

The main focus of this role is to build the Private Equity offering from Manchester whilst working closely with other national and international offices and being supported by an experienced local team.
