Team Coordinator -

Team Coordinator- £150 a day Umbrella- Contract-Birmingham (WFH at present)

My Client has released an exciting opportunity to join their team on a contract basis in Birmingham.

They are looking for a Team Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Directors and team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative and/or support tasks to a high standard and within budget and timescales to support team activities and projects.


- Produce, update and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases and other department systems to your local team, the wider workforce and other stakeholders.


- File documents and keep the documentation system updated and maintained.


- Undertake general day-to-day duties, including specialist related tasks, maintenance of documentation and financial information, managing mini projects through to completion.


- Collate information and reports for the team to support its activities.


- Work with other members of your team build on your experience and abilities to ensure continuous support is maintained.

Experience:
- Experience of working in a large corporate, fast paced organisation
- Diary Management
- Programme Management Support
