Confidential Administrator

This unique role will be working in a highly confidential area, we are seeking individuals who will be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and a high level of accuracy in this role.

This role will be processing confidential and sensitive material/information.

Job Description:

  • Checking material/property to ensure it is correctly received, logged and stored in the appropriate area

  • Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries from individuals

  • Keeping a log for the stores area to ensure that items are not stored for longer than required

  • Auditing the material to ensure compliance

  • Organising materials that are to be collected and removed from site and that the appropriate documentation is completed

Candidate Requirements:

  • MS Office skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Someone who can demonstrate working to deadlines and a strong organiser

  • Someone who can demonstrate sound understanding of the importance to adhere to procedures and policies

  • A self-motivated person who can work under their own initiative

  • A full driving license as there may be travel to different sites within Staffordshire within the group

Hours: Flexi hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £11.37 per hour
