The project is one of their most high profile and is a very long-term project of over 5 years.

You will be responsible for all the Finishing Works on the project, this will involve all aspects of getting projects handed over.

You will be responsible for the management of all the finishing trade sub-contractors (painting and decorating, tiling, dry lining, plastering, 2nd fix carpentry works etc) and personnel on site to ensure successful completion of the project on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
