Installation Electrician (Workshop Based)

Our Bradford based client are looking for an experienced installation electrician to work in their factory on products for the water treatment industry.



This role would suit an experienced installation Electrician with knowledge of working in a plant, industrial and commercial environment who is seeking a role with no travel.

The company supply special purpose equipment to a range of industries you will be responsible for producing high quality systems to be installed on customer sites.



Installation Electrician - Industrial / Plant / Commercial
Workshop based, No travel
up to £14ph with overtime available
18th Edition qualified although 17th Edition would be acceptable

As the Electrical Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for:



  • Working from layout, block cable and termination diagrams

  • Electrical installation works including SWA armoured cables, cable tray and conduit systems

  • Undertaking electrical testing prior to site installation



As the Installation Electrician, you will have the following skills and experience:



  • Be apprentice trained and hold a minimum 17th Edition electrical qualification



  • Experience within an industrial electrical field

  • Worked with conduit, basket and tray for containment of cables.

  • Experienced in SWA armoured cables running, glanding and terminating

  • Have ability to work as part of a team

  • Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Have the ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

  • Have good communicator both written and verbally

  • Have excellent organization skills and attention to detail



Working Hours are 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday & 7.30am - 3.00pm Friday.

Overtime available at time and a half.
