Salary: £20,000 + bonus (OTE £23,000)
Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday-Frida, 1 in 3 Saturday's (8.00am-12.00pm)

I am searching for an experienced Service Advisor in Fakenham to fill a position that has become available at our clients busy dealership.

Working in a busy department, processing upwards of 40 customers a day, a large group of technicians and an excellent marketing leading brand/product.

The Role:

The Aftersales function is very busy Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings.

Your remit will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.

Support the after sales function and the various staff members in the department such as junior service advisers, workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day to day running of a busy after sales department.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor within a Car Dealership or similar workshop is
essential
- Knowledge of Kerridge and 1 Link is a distinct advantage
- It's essential you bring excellent customer service skills and the ability to think on your feet in this fast paced environment.
