Employment solicitor

We're working on a new Employment solicitor opportunity with a client we've worked closely with for a number of years and placed various people with so would highly recommend.

This Employment solicitor role is something they were looking to recruit pre-Covid due to the busyness of the team and due to the current climate the team have continued in their busyness so the firm are no proactively looking to recruit into the department - this is a team with low staff turnover so they're keen for those solicitors looking for a role where they can remain long-term.

The nature of the caseload is broad meaning you'll advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters and be comfortable with HR advisory matters too.

The firm have built an excellent reputation in Telford and the wider Shropshire and Black Country area and support many local and national businesses including sectors such as education, health and care so you'll be supporting those within such important sectors.

Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 12 months PQE in an Employment solicitor role in order to have the neccessary experience for the caseload however, this is mereley a guide and if you're an Employment solicitor and interested in the opportunity then I'd still urge you to apply.
