If you are a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking for a role within a team that has a strong reputation nationally where there isn't a need for you to have any form of following and where they can offer a clear route to progression then this new role may suit.

One of our long-standing clients based in Manchester have instructed us on a unique opportunity, for which they require a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor.

This role is to work alongside well known and well liked Partners in the Real Estate market on a broad caseload comprising of landlord & tenant, development and acquisition and disposal matters.

This is a key hire for the team and you'll become a key figure within the Commercial Property offering in Manchester.

If partnership is something of interest, there is a very clear route to achieve this within the team however, at this stage they are looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director that is looking for a long-term home with plenty of room and opportunity to grow.

Ideally you will be strong technically, confident with clients and have the ability to develop relationships and rapport with them with ease as well as the commercial acumen to look for opportunities to maximise the already strong relationships with their varied client base.

If supervising juniors in the team is something you've done previously or would have an interest in this would be viewed as a benefit.
