Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation solicitor to join a leading independent firm in North Yorkshire.

This is an extremely good opportunity for a solicitor to join a growing and ambitious firm with a strong presence in the north of England.

As part of the busy and expanding team you will be dealing with your own caseload as well as working closely with a partner on a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Your matters will be wide ranging and experience in property litigation would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.

This role will suit a solicitor who is happy to work with some degree of autonomy and it is therefore envisaged that the successful applicant will have at least 4 years PQE.

This is just a guideline and our client will accept applications from candidates who fall outside this PQE range but who possess the relevant knowledge and skill to carry out this role.

You should have strong litigation experience ideally gained within a reputable dispute resolution department and be able to maintain strong client relationships and deliver the best quality service to existing clients as well as developing new business.
