Conveyancing Training Manager

A full service Stockport based law firm is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing department by recruiting for a Conveyancing Training Manager.


The firm are highly regarded for their quality Residential Conveyancing work and offer extensive training and support to ensure your development.


Due to the management nature of the role, you will ideally have 3 years prior experience in a Residential Conveyancing department and know the process from inception to post completion.


This Conveyancing Training Manager will ideally be a part time candidate, however the firm are flexible on hours and days to be worked and will also flex to full time for the perfect experience.


You will be responsible for managing a team of Conveyancers and LPC graduates looking to progress their career at the firm and qualify as Licensed and Residential Conveyancers.


Additionally, you will be required to monitor work flow, conduct one-to-one sessions with your team and plan their development and career with the firm.
