The dedicated real estate team offer a full range of service to their client base, including advice on all commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold, development and financial matters.

The team are searching for their newest senior commercial property solicitor to join their busy team, developing and maintaining strong client relationship and carrying their own full and varied caseload.

To be considered for this role you will be an ambitious commercial property solicitor, with six or more years of qualified experience, with a drive to progress within your career with a reputable and supportive law firm.

The firm are looking for someone confident with developing relationships with clients as this is an important aspect of the role so someone with a tract record of doing this and strong contacts in the market would be viewed preferably

The firm are known for their cohesive and flexible working environment.

You will be paid extremely competitively within the Manchester with plenty of opportunity to progress internally.
