Licensed Conveyancer

Are you a qualified Licensed Conveyancer looking for a new role in Stockport? Then look no further!

Sacco Mann are happy to be working with a local law firm looking to grow their Residential Conveyancing team by appointing a qualified Licensed Conveyancer.

You should have your CLC qualification and at least 3 years' experience of working in this capacity and running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files.

You will be working on a mixture of freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, as well as remortgages and transfers of equity.

The successful candidate will have the benefit of fantastic training and a friendly team dynamic in this well regarded firm within the legal field.

The firm offers great progression and due to the close-knit nature of the teams, you will be able to make the role your own.
