Our client, a regional Legal 500 firm are seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join their office located in Kent on a permanent basis.

As a Commercial Solicitor, your duties will involve managing a busy caseload, successfully complete client matters in relation to financial expectations, have the ability to prioritise a varied workload as well as having proven experience and knowledge of meeting and exceeding targets.

The successful Commercial Solicitor will ideally be 5+ years PQE with experience in financial debt and security documentation, intellectual property, construction and operation documentation, share / asset sale and purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
