An in-house Law Costs Draftsman is sought by my client in Birmingham, a national firm of Solicitors.

This innovative legal business specialise in a wide range of areas of law and are based in Central Birmingham

The ideal Law Costs Draftsman will have previous experience in a Costs Draftsman position ; candidates with strong a Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence background in Costs would be ideal.

As a Law Costs Draftsman your duties will involve handling own caseload, reviewing Bills of Costs, preparing budgets, drafting Points of Dispute and conducting negotiations with the paying party.

You need to be driven, organised, be able to work on own initiative without close supervision and adhere to strict deadlines.

The salary on offer is between £28,000 to £35,000 and will be dependant on experience.
