Law Costs Draftsman/ Law Costs Lawyer

An experienced Law Costs Draftsman in London is sought by my client, a well-established national firm.

This in-house national law firm is looking for a Law Costs Draftsman with previous experience dealing with a Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, RTA, EL and PL caseload of claimant costs files.

You must have experience of drafting Bills/Schedules of Costs and Points of replies & disputes.

You will have experience in conducting negotiations and finalising settlements.

You may have experience in preparing budgets.

You need to be driven, accurate and have excellent telephone manner

The salary on offer is £28,000 to £50,000 but is dependant on experience.
