Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next position to develop your career?

Sacco Mann are working with a well-established North West law firm to recruit into their Residential Conveyancing department in Liverpool.

You will be responsible for assisting a number of fee earners with their caseload consisting of sales and purchase, new build, transfer of equity and remortgage files.

You should have prior Residential Conveyancing experience and there is an opportunity to develop from an assistant into a case progressor as you become more confident in running your own files.

Our client are ideally looking for 2 years' experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal and salary is dependent upon that experience and how involved you have been in a caseload previously.
