Practice Manager - Independent Fostering Agency

A large fostering group is looking for a Practice Manager to cover London and the South East of England.

As the Practice Manager, you will be managing a group of experienced Team Managers.

This position is a full-time, home-based, permanent position and you will be developing and managing all aspects of fostering resources.


As the Practice Manager, you will need to have a background of managing team leaders.

Ideally, with a background within fostering.

Your responsibilities as the Practice Manager:



  • Directly manage a group of experienced Team Managers

  • Being responsible for the professional development of social work practice

  • Involvement in strategic planning and business development

  • Developing and maintaining systems for improving performance and quality

  • Researching opportunities for improving services and new initiatives to aid business growth



Requirements of you as the Practice Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • Experience of working within child Protection

  • Experience of working within Fostering

  • Leadership and Management

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence




Location: London & South East England


Salary: up to £58,000 + Car Allowance
