Plant Fitter/Technician Vacancy
Location: Upminster, Essex
Salary: Up to £40,000 + lots of overtime
Hours: Monday-Friday 7.30am-.5.30pm (Can be flexible)

My client is a market leader, plant hire company who have built up an envied reputation of environmentally friendly solutions.

They are looking for a vastly experience plant/HGV technician with a brilliant work ethic.

Being a Plant Fitter/Technician and as part of the Plant Hire Team, your remit will be to ensure that all Plant is maintained to a high standard.

Making sure that all routine servicing and repairs are carried efficiently and in a cost effective manner.

A typical day could include;
Repairing Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems
Completing work to satisfactory safety regulations
Machinery Inspections/ Fault Finding
Preventative Maintenance Inspections
Performs Service calls on emergency breakdowns
Adjusting procedures to meet production schedules

You will be working on Conveyors, Wrapper, pulleys, shafts, bearings and mobile plant equipment, you will also be working on Balers and Front End Loaders.
If you have experience of doing this role at a similar Recycling Centre you would be highly suitable for the role.
