Court of Protection Paralegal

Service Care Legal are working with a highly reputable law firm in North West London who are seeking an NQ Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal to join their Court of Protection team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive law firm who have a clear focus on their training and progression for their employees.

ROLE: Court of Protection Paralegal or NQ Solicitor
LOCATION: North West London
SALARY: £24,000 to £32,000 per annum

The Role

, To manage an progress caseloads of matters related to Court of Protection
, The caseloads will be predominantly made up of Property and Affairs related matters
, To provide general support throughout the team consisting of 3 Senior Partner's

The Person

, Either an NQ Solicitor or experienced Paralegal with at least 2 years' worth of direct Court of Protection work is essential
, It is also essential that the successful candidate has been directly involved in the Property and Affairs side of Court of Protection
, A strong academic law background is important, with a minimum LLB and ideally an LPC
