Fostering Social Worker

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of an Independent Fostering Agency for a Supervising Social Worker.

This is a great opportunity both for somebody who is looking to get their foot in the door of fostering or someone who is looking to make the move to a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload across South Wales with the office being based in Cardiff (home working is available).



This position is a full time, permanent role paying up to £36k per annum for the right candidate.



Your responsibilities as a Supervising Social Worker:
, Managing a caseload of foster carers
, Working in an out of hours rota
, Recruiting & Assessing prospective new carers
, Delivering training for Foster Carers

Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:
, A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
, A Social Care Wales/Social Work England reegistration
, Post-qualifying experience in Children's Social Work
, Must hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
