Immigration Solicitor / Caseworker

Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a South London law firm, who are seeking an Immigration Solicitor / Caseworker to join their expanding team.

This position has come about due to an increase in workload, and would be ideal for someone to come in to hit the ground running.

This firm places a lot of emphasis on the training and development of their staff.

ROLE: Immigration Solicitor or Caseworker
LOCATION: South London
SALARY: £23,000 to £35,000 per annum

The Role

, To manage and progress full caseloads of matters related to Immigration and Asylum law matters
, Matters will include Citizenship, Tier 2 & Sponsorship applications, judicial reviews and indefinite leave to remain
, Drafting lists of documents, covering letters and general case correspondence

The Person

, A qualified Solicitor or qualified Caseworker with at least 2 years' worth of Immigration casework experience
, Advocacy is essential as the person will be required to cover hearings in the Magistrate Courts and before the Parole Board
, Someone who would be willing and able to work within the criminal department
