Sales Progressor

Divisional Sales Progressor - Royal Arsenal

My client, a successful FTSE 100 Property Developer are seeking a highly experienced Sales Progressor to join their office in Royal Arsenal.


As the divisional Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for progressing all sales across the South East London developments from the point of reservation through to exchange whilst maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Direct responsibility for progressing every sale from reservation through to exchange within the agreed timeframe


• Maintain close contact with the sales and customer relations teams to ensure all are aware of progress


• Liaise with the customers, mortgage brokers, solicitors, selling agents and overseas office


• Attend and report on all live sales at weekly meetings


• Review and process Anti Money Laundering Information


• Deal with a customer base in a friendly, polite and professional manner


• On occasion assisting the customer relations team with progression from exchange of contracts and legal completion

Skills and Experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience doing Sales Progression


• Experience using cr360 programme would be advantageous


• Strong customer facing and presentation skills


• Commercial acumen with a resilient nature


• Target driven with good negotiation skills


• Able to work in a team and on own initiative


• Excellent communication skills


• Good time management skills


• Good track record and confident selling high value premium apartments off plan


• Confident dealing with High Net Worth individuals and International buyers

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm
Salary: £30K Basic Salary - £40K OTE (Comission per plot exchanged)
