This is an opportunity for a senior infrastructure management professional, confident managing large technical teams in delivering the full breadth of IT infrastructure operations, spanning infrastructure, networks, communications and desktop technologies.

This is a multi-national organisation where you will be required to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, helping to ensure reliability, availability and service excellence, along with developing and delivering new enterprise scale infrastructure strategy and solutions.

You will lead the infrastructure department of c50, split Networks, Security , Datacentre, EUC and Field Service teams.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing large infrastructure operations teams, across a diverse portfolio of technologies


• Experience within cloud services environments, utilising Azure and/or AWS


• Experience of modern digital workplace technologies including Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint etc


• Experience of major, complex multi-site networking, ideally using SDWAN


• Understanding of Security Strategies and devices (including firewalls and secure gateways); ensuring initiatives are implemented, maintained and adhered to.


• Ability to lead, motivate and influence teams, provide direction and driving cultural change


• Previous accountability for operational stability of enterprise infrastructure, providing input to problem management and accountable for remedial action


• Strong commercial skills, with experience of negotiating major contracts and strategic 3rd party/vendor management


• Strong understanding of ITSM best practices (ITIL).


• Confidence in managing budgets in the multi-millions


• Able to manage stakeholders with changing priorities and contribute to strategy, roadmap and projects


• Strong resource management; balancing strong operational/BAU excellence and project resource.


• Ideally significant experience of leading IT Operations and Services at senior level, within Managed Service Provider or Consultancy business/industry.

Position paying up to £75,000 + corporate benefits and perks.
