, The firm is looking for an experienced Corporate / M&A solicitor with key experience dealing with a wide range of corporate clients, from owner-managed businesses to publicly quoted companies, and across a wide range of industry sectors;

, You will be at least circa 6/7PQE+ with an impressive career pedigree to date;

, You will be a comfortable and easy communicator, have an impressive range of contacts across a range of sectors and be able to demonstrate an ability to add value to the role.



, You will bring an established following/practice with you backed up with a clear strategy and business plan.



Partnership available at first instance for the right candidate with appropriate remuneration / profit sharing package to boot.
